It is located two blocks from the Market Square, in the heart of Bruges, on both sides it has the two streets where all the shops are located for shopping. It has many options of restaurants and cafes from the hotel to the market square. Close to everything but strategically located so as not to see noisy crowds. The room we took was the "Superior Double Room 2 beds" we were positively surprised because it was very spacious, to give an idea easily fit 4 single beds in that room. The bathroom is divided into two: a large room the toilet and another double sink room with tub. Air conditioning works well in the room. The very complete and rich breakfast with eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, variety of breads, hams, salamis and cheeses, fruit, yoghurt, juices, coffee machine with variety of coffees and teas, etc... has a very nice internal terrace for breakfast or to take something to the return of a day of walking by all the city. The bar is very cozy. It has ample internal parking. The staff is at your disposal, very attentive and helpful.
The cleaning of the bathroom is not very good, it leaves a lot to be desired.

What a shame! I thought this would be a high-class experience, but nope! The shower didn't drain and the mattress seemed like concrete, woefully uncomfortable. I definitely expected a complimentary upgrade or at least some fancy chocolates, but all i got was basic shampoo! I almost gave a good review but just couldn't with these issues lingering.

Just a prime choice for a quick break in Bruges with a good price-value balance. The fresh sliced breads at breakfast were excellent and a nice surprise.

The hotel's atmosphere was charming, and the staff were friendly and consistently attentive. The coffee selection during breakfast could have been better, and the shower was quite slippery, requiring extra caution.

Loved this hotel! The people were helpful, the location was outstanding, very clean, great a/c, beautiful lobby. The breakfast was not exactly as we expected though. We have stayed at many European hotels and know what to expect, however all the reviews said it had an American style breakfast. Most everything was enjoyable, however the scrambled eggs were terrible and the hard boiled eggs were cold. If they could improve on this simple element, the hotel would receive a top-notch rating from us!
The breakfast eggs were uneatable, tasting like they had some sort of chemical in them...possibly an egg mix instead of real eggs. The hard boiled eggs were cold every morning.

People at the reception were both professional and nice. Rooms are spacious
The breakfast really didn't meet our expectations. Room prices are rather expensive

Very well positioned for site seeing centre of Bruges. Really enjoyed champagne breakfast.
Lack of Tea/coffee facilities in bedrooms. Pool is more a plunge pool than swimming pool.

The hotel was luxurious and the location was magnificent and unbeatable just next door to the centre and the main square. The breakfast was tasty with lots of food. Good service, provided by the accommodating staff.
